vBulletin is wonderful, but its admin section is so vast that I am still learning, and some stuff is poorly documented. The system should automatically send out renewal notices to expiring supporting members before a sub expires. Does it? Who has been getting one? Who has not? And what does it say (no, I can't generate that text).
