In reading some of the threads, I have noticed some of the FAs referring to their significant other with terms of endearment such as Fatty, etc. I know I am new here and do not want to start a controversial thread but to be quite honest, if I was involved with someone and they called me terms like that, I'd find it to be condescending and plain out rude. Even though I am 320, 5'10" and have been heavy all my life, I have never thought of myself as "fat" - at least internally - someone with a weight problem, yes, but I don't let it define me or my life - I just am as I am. I guess I am wondering if I am part of a minority here that feels this way or ? Just truly curious.
