Hello.

I have recently bought this trench-coat:

After looking at their sizing chart http://www.armynavydeals.com/asp/sizing.asp I ordered an M size that looked like this when I tried it on:

It is obviously too big for me, and I wonder what the collar tag "46N" means. What size does that usually correspond to? Or what does an M size correspond to in a trench-coat?

I'm also interested in ordering this one:

But I'm not sure if I should ask for a 36" or a 38" chest size. My chest is 37.8"and I'm 70" tall, but I wanted a tight and elegant fit.

What do you think?

Thanks for any help.
