By the time I got to see it (I do have a life outside this board, yanno), it was closed. Oh well!

If anything, it proves what I was saying earlier, about women being catty when they fight.

I do want to answer the questions asked however, so...feel free to close this thread if you want to, but I wanted to reply:

Sadean asked:

I thought I'd start one, just for her. So, Anita, care to explain a few things?

1) Why do you constantly BRAG about being your weight on a body acceptance board?>>>

I was not aware that I do. I spoke about my size when I was over 300 lbs., and I speak of my weight now. I wouldnt call it bragging, but if its relative to the topic, I may mention it. Why, does it bother you? And if so, why?

2) Why do you have a user handle like "FitChick" on such a board?

Because I am physically fit (meaning, I exercise a lot), and I am female ("chick".) Note that you do not have to be thin OR fat to be either fit or a chick. Any woman who works out, regardless of size, can use the term.

3) If you're a stay at home, homeschooling mom who doesn't drive, how are you going to Starbucks? >>

I take two public transit buses to take my kids to their class on Sundays, and I use the Starbucks nearby while waiting for them.

4) Since you like to talk about yourself so much, if you're really a freelance writer, I can't believe we haven't seen your work. However, between all your time serving your husband, being online, caring for your family, and your exercise obsession, I don't see how you have time to write. I'm writing a novel myself, and I don't date and have a job, and it's hard enough to get it done.>>

If you knew the nom de plume I write under, you'd have seen my work.
I FREELANCE, which means I do not write all the time.

5) So why the hell are you here? It's not for companionship.

Good question. I don't know why anymore either, considering. But I have met two really wonderful male friends in my time here, so it was not a total loss!
