Well, it finally happened. I stepped on the scale and it said 200.

I paniced and though cooool at the same time. While I've not been trying to gain, I've been doing nothing to stop it either.

So, I guess the questions are these:

What, in your judgement, is the line, whatever it happens to be (number on a scale is but one facet), that separates the fat guys from the not-fat guys?

My wife buys plenty of snacks and grabs my love handles. Should I read anything into that?

Is (or was) anyone else conflicted about those first few pounds of fat?
