A vicious and scatological satire on America's obsessions with fast food, and in particular, the exploits of one such connoisseur.

It also says that it's an award winner. I don't know what to say, except that it's not for the squeamish. Actually, I DO know what to say, and I think I'll reserve my comments for the guy who put out the video.
