Okay, the No Make-Up thread made me start thinking about all the little things that we're all so freaked out about, but in reality probably are not visible, or merely a blip on the radar, to all of the people we encounter in life.

These could be physical things (and I generally mean aside from your weight specifically), odd habits, things you think that make no sense, etc.

Not sure if you're all willing to unload some of it, but I really believe that the only way to become more secure about something is to let it out, and start to leave it behind. I think things can become much larger in our head than they ever are in reality to those around us. If it's something physical (vein? freckle? Low ear lobe?? Lol - feel free to post a picture - we can then shower you in adoration and help you move on!)

So, I'll start (I have a bunch, but I'll just do one to get the ball rolling) - I have a tiny bump on my nose (skin bump) and it drives me nuts. I think it's because it's right in the middle of my face and I feel like I have a perma-pimple (but it's not red, it's just flesh colored). Anyway, it bugs me, I'm always conscious of it, and often consider attempting to get it removed.
