Hi Folks,
Not sure if you are familiar with the 'Thomas the Tank Engine' books but there is a character in them called the Fat Controller. A theme park in the UK advertised for someone to play the character and have been advised not to do so on the grounds that it will discriminate against thin people...
Part of me is pleased that job discrimination over size has reached the national media, but the other part is disappointed that it had to be -this- story that managed it...
