Just heard on my fave talk radio station that some national medical study announced that it's now official that dieting causes the opposite effect (weight gain) in the long run, but it also proved dieting does great harm to the human body. It pretty much said in the long run a person is substantially better off just eating responsibly.
Kinda makes ya want to scream that it took the country's top medical professionals this many years to announce something that you've known for much of your adult life.
Has anyone come across the actual article online today? I tried searching for it but didn't really know where to look. Was hoping to have something more concrete to post here about this study.
