Hey all,

I am a former athlete. I just finished up my competitive career earlier this year and I've already gained 25 pounds. When you consider that I haven't been training at all, my muscle mass has likely decreased significantly and thus I've probably gained closer to 30-35 lbs of fat. Never thought that I would enjoy this but lately I've found my gain pretty exciting. I'm thinking about playing around with gaining intentionally and stuffing but could use some encouragement.
