I was listening to KVHS, Clayton High's student rock station which broadcasts off Mount Diablo to the East Bay, and heard a heavy metal song with some strange lyrics.

I looked it up and it turned out to be from a comic-metal band called Psychostick, and the title actually is "This Is Not a Song, It's a Sandwich".
