Okay I decide to spoil myself with a massage today.
I get so relaxed I start to fall asleep; not the deep sleep..but the one where you think your still awake; but you are kind of dreaming.
So I start having a conversation with my therapist and she's like "Huh?" I wake up and make some lame excuse. Then I start talking again...this time I ask her if she wants to hold my hand (WTF)....I'm sure she wasn't feelin' the love just then. It finally ends when I'm on my back, she's working on my neck and suddenly I had the "I'm fallin' off the cliff" dream and jerked awake...scared the crap out of her.
