" To display a black leather bra and a whip with the Citys logo on it is in very poor taste. "
Keep in mind that Hooter's submitted a bra as well... what's more degrading towards women? Hooter's or A Black Leather Bra w/ whip?
Letter to the Editor #2
"Maybe we can make our town a better, warmer place. An inviting place. A place that current and possible future residents (the kind who would make this a better place) can afford and want to call home."
As a newer, future resident.... I can tell you it's not warm or friendly here. People don't like change. It's a lot of older conservatives. Times have changed. People are pierced and tattooed. Women think for themselves, and have voices. But, unless you're a married at home mom, who a hard working husband in one of the major player companies here,.... or you're a relative of one of the "known" families here... you're nobody.
Letters to the Editor #3
They let a woman from out of state dictate what can and cannot be sung in a school choir concert. They bent over backwards for her.
This town is twisted. I want to write an article, being a freelance for the newspaper, about my observations since moving here. But I've been told I'd shoot myself in the foot.
