this statement made me think...

maybe half of my problem (and most people's problems) is that my thoughts cause my feelings and behaviors more than how people treat me or what people say to me. it's kind of like the only thing that you can change or control in any given situation is how you react to it or feel about it afterwards.
well i'm not sure if what i wrote makes complete sense, but it is something to ponder about.
