Equal time for our canine friends.
This is Peanut - she's a hound/shepherd mix. We adopted her ten years ago this month from the animal shelter in Pueblo, CO. We named her Peanut because when we adopted her, she was smaller than our cat Della. She's 74 pounds now.....
And this is Pearl, a chow/husky mix. We adopted her seven years ago from the same animal shelter so Peanut would have someone to play with. (We often refer to Peanut as the only dog we know with a pet dog.) There is very little grass in our back yard, because of their constant wrestling matches.
