So, for some reason, I feel compelled to grill a chicken tonight. Highly unusual because I'm a beef and pork girl, but hey. Anyways, I've never done it, not exactly like this (I've done boneless breasts, and drumsticks, but that's different). Does anyone have some helpful tips for me?
Here's what I have:
1 whole chicken, cut up, bone in, skin on
one charcoal grill
Anyone have any suggestions???
