i've been trying to pack on the pounds over the last 4 weeks or so, and i'm wondering if i'm being as "efficient" as possible
i've totally stopped working out, and my basic plan has been to sneak in a few candy bars or bags of chips in the afternoon at work, eat a fattening lunch (whenever possible), and then stuff myself with fast food as soon as I get home (2,000 - 2,500 calories) followed by about 1,000 - 1,500 calories of ice cream right before i go to bed
its working, but i'm waking up feeling like crap the next day......im just wondering if anyone has some suggestions about good, fattening foods that would do the trick (and maybe cut back on the "food-hangovers" the next morning)
