Mothers Day is drawing to a close in Oz and it's been a quiet one for me. My son called in this morning with a box of chocolates and a couple of cards, which was lovely! However, it's also been a bit of a sad one for me as I miss my daughter who lives interstate. 
No matter how old they get I still miss them trying not to wake me on Mothers day, while making a complete mess of the kitchen, burning my toast and hard boiling my eggs...
I'd have that time again in a second, if I could!
