Last week I was talking to a friend that had made the "mistake" of sleeping with her best friend (a male). This was the second time she had made this apparent "mistake". When I asked her why she didn't just date him, she said she didn't want to "ruin" the friendship. Well, now they are dating (finally!...can I get a shout out from the BFF's). Anyway, I mentioned it to another friend today that they were dating and she said "MISTAKE!". I, of course asked "why?" He explanation "Its going to ruin things." What things?! Is there going to be someone left with a broken heart? Maybe...possibly...maybe even probably, but who doesn't see that there is probably already someone in the duo that has a broken heart over the lack of a relationship? Does no one else see this? I'm personally sick of hearing people say they don't want to ruin a friendship. What about the missed opportunity of something really special? What about ruining that?!!
I, personally, would much rather ruin a friendship based on lies than a relationship based on love.

That is all.
