I recently saw a movie called "Shoot 'Em Up," which is an over-the-top, almost cartoonish action movie... What struck me was the number of times I recognized the Toronto surroundings, as I believe the movie takes place in New York City...? There were a couple of skyline shots that made me think, "No American will ever believe that's New York" but I guess they were brief enough...
It made me think of this Summer's "The Incredible Hulk" with the fight scene on Yonge St. (again New York) showing off Sam The Record Man and the Zanzibar strip club! :doh:
Just felt compelled to share with my fellow Canadians & Torontians in particular...
