I enjoyed some turkey linguica this weekend. Recent developments in my life have required me to be more judicious in my eating habits. To my pleasant surprise, turkey linguica was delightful. I had it with whole wheat hot dog buns and slathered in hot sauce. The casing even snapped when I bit into it...
