I haven't had a TV in a couple of months, but, I do have Hulu plus, so, I can watch the majority of my shows online...no Top Chef or True Blood..but, still some good stuff...
I was shocked recently when my sister told me they cancelled two out of the three soaps I grew up watching - One Life to Live and All my Children (my mom told me on several occasions she used to listen to it on the radio...she had been an original fan)...and now, I see this article..

And shows like Detroit 1-8-7 (which I think was the best replacement for Homicide: Life on the Street I had see in a long time), Lie to Me, Human Target...are being cancelled..and I have seen talk of to save money studios are looking to go to more "reality" based shows.... and I didn't tune into ER or get wound up in Lost because they were reality based. I love The Amazing Race and Top Chef, but, it seems like the only networks who still want to produce good shows are USA, TNT, Sy-Fy....
Anyone else notice a trend? Any comments? Anyone losing a favorite show?
