Hi Folks,

I know this sounds dodgy but its completely legitimate!

I occasionally work with a company who make Hospital Equipment. I assist them in their training courses when they teach techniques to handle plus sized patients but I've double booked myself and would like to find a 'model' who can help out.

Basic requirements are that you need to be 28 stone / 400lbs / 180kgs or thereabouts and in good health. You'll need to be mobile enough to be happy hopping in and out of hospital beds etc and confident enough to be able to handle people discussing your size and the challenges that it presents care staff. They will be polite and extremely cautious but it's part of the learning experience that they get to be inquisitive so you can expect some questions out of left field that you'll need to handle politely. Physically they will move you in and out of beds/chairs/commodes etc with a variety of mechanical and hands on methods. It doesn't hurt and your safety and comfort are the first priority at ALL times - but it can still feel a bit weird!

Its a professional environment so you'll need to be clean, punctual, polite and patient at all times. You'll need to wear a tracksuit or similar comfy, stretchy clothes that will keep you decent and to find your own way to the venue in Kent.

If you are interested, and free for a couple of days in the week of the 12th - 16th January (dates to be confirmed) then drop me a line by PM. Travel expenses and a generous fee will be paid and I'm happy to answer any questions that you might have.

Thanks!
Tracey xx
