That's my new pet peeve. Thread responses that start off with Ummm" or "Uhhhh". It's a sarcastic but mostly moronic way people in real life respond to what they deem as a stupid question. Here's some examples:
"Your attacks on Neo-Liberals are not appreciated".
"Ummm...I don't recall ever bringing politics into this conversation".
Or...
"When did you buy new curtains for the bedroom??".
"Uhhhh...only about two months ago".
It's almost like that middle schooler that lives within us all rears its head the moment we get into an online debate.
So my question is, who was the brainiac that decided to intergrate such an eloquent gesture into internet communication?
