Take a can of kidney beans, two slices of brown bread, a roughly chopped onion, a handful of pine nuts, four cloves of garlic and some spices (cayenne, paprika, black pepper). BLEND THEM. Then DEEP FRY the resulting burger mix in spoonfulls. Serve with pitta breads and deep fried cabbage (this last was my girlfriend's idea....she may have been trying to make me even fatter, but I think she was just distracted). Serve. arg.
