I need your help. I'm a student (read: have no time for anything), who can't cook, and is a vegetarian. Great combo, as a result of which I've been subsisting on cheese sandwiches for years!

Well, I am beginning to pay the price. My blood pressure has gone up, as has my cholesterol level, not to mention things like acne, rashes, etc. Problem is that I really don't have time to prepare decent, balanced veggie meals (which in my opinion are much more time consuming than meat based ones). Usually I have maybe about 10 minutes to prepare breakfast or lunch, and at most 20 minutes for dinner prep. Keep in mind that those times are "klutz" minutes (ie: must include time to spill, burn, and be puzzled :D )

My question for you is: can you post your favorite vegetarian/vegan quick recipes? Something that could be prepared on the fly, and is relatively good for you. Does not have to be super healthy (anything as healthy or healthier than a cheese sandwich will be great :D ) Of course, anything goof-proof would be even better. Thanks much for any help!
