Hey!
I follow a mostly vegetarian diet (with seafood once or twice a month) simply because I have a hard time digesting meat products without feeling really horrible. I can handle milk products for the most part, though, and eggs are fine.
I was wondering if anybody here has any good vegetarian recipes they'd like to share, mostly because I'm really, really sick and tired of the same old stuff I've been eating for years. I'm also very open to vegan recipes, as well!
I figured this would be a good place to ask this question because food lovers gather here, not health nuts! (not that health nuts can't love food... but you know.) I find when I ask for vegetarian recipes from my friends and family they tend to assume that I'm looking for low-fat, low-carb, low-everything foods and the recipes have been a little unsatisfying. (Not that I'm against low-fat food, but that's not what I want to eat all the time!)
