I know you had no idea there was a judgment pending, but here you go:

I don't like it.

I bought it because I had a killer coupon to check it out (Betty Crocker, I got chocolate and vanilla for my cupcake projects). I've used the vanilla so far.

Taste is fine, no problem.

It's all about the consistency. The whipped thing just isn't working for me. It didn't cover that well, and it's been 3 nights since I frosted them, and the frosting is just wet/liquidy. Now, if you like that sort of thing, then this is the frosting for you.

I personally enjoy the nice crust that frosting gets after a day or so, where you can just sort of crack the top if you press a peak just right. Sort of the finger equivalent of being little and walking on the snow crust after a storm (it's been a LONG time since I was light enough to do that, LOL).

Oh well, just figured I'd share in case anyone is curious about it.

:)
