I've realized over the past year that a sixteen-year-old Mustang may not have been the best decision in automotive purchasing. So I am now looking for a 'new' (read: not quite so used) car! I've mostly been looking at Subaru station wagons due to reliability, space, and brand loyalty (my family all drives Subarus; I just found a 2007 Subaru Outback with relatively low mileage for around $12k), but I'd like some input from the masses. What, in you guys' opinion, is a good car that's fun to drive, reliable and safe, and won't break the bank?
