BBWBecky,
HI All...not sure which board I should use so I figured I would post here...
I'm currently working part -time at Wal-Mart due to some health conditons that I have that are covered under the ADA..act....I was a cashier at this place and have had to drop down to the people greeter postion, due to a weight lifting restriction..and the only postion that I can now hold is people greeter...upon learning about this I am also told that I have to take a pay cut...since the people greeters at the store make less then the cashiers....I don't feel I should have to drop down from the pay rate I'm currently at...I was just wondering how some of ya all..feel about this and might know if they are allowed to do this to me...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
