NASA.gov is broadcasting the shuttle launch live on its site- check it out. They're showing the prep stuff now, putting the astronauts in the suits and ship and all that. Launch is at 2:01 pm EDT.
It's also available in HD at USTREAM, which seems to be a couple seconds ahead of the NASA cast, but it's got pesky ads at the bottom of the video now and then.
This is the final Hubble servicing mission, so it's pretty major.
