okay, so society is trying to brainwash us. we know it. thats a lot avalanching down when we're trying to love ourselves and the temple we're housed in. what tips do you have for other people on their journey? what has helped you the most so far? what have you seen helping other people? what would you like to try?
i've always been pretty comfortable. i think it's mainly because i've always been involved in the arts and i've always looked at beauty in a different kind of way. i've modeled nude for artists which i would recommend for all fat folks. the respect etc.. is the best. its generally not sexually charged or judgmental but exploratory. at most i've gotten respectful curiosity. it was definitely very freeing to think of my body as a beautiful form of extraordinary size and texture. here are some other body affirming things i like:
standing in front of the mirror nude
going to a nude European beach
looking at other beautiful fat folk
sleeping in the nude
taking photos
being drawn or painted
