well, here's the damage - i didnt weigh myself when this started 4 weeks ago, but i was certainly under 190....probably more like 185 (i had been running again, i can remember modeling in the mirror and thinking how ripped i looked)

so thats at least 10 pounds, probably more like 15 in one month. I guess eating triple whoppers for dinner ever night starts to add up after a while
