How much weight anyone can carry comfortably varies a lot from body to body, and even for the same person depending on quality of footwear, fitness, and so on. Still, there will be trends. I've talked with a number of BBW over the years who weighed up in the 300s, who said roughly "I wish I could get back down to 275, at that weight I felt like I could do anything. Now it gets so painful to walk far...." I've heard different weights than 275, but that number cropped up a number of times, far more than any other.
I'm thinking that on average guys can probably carry more weight comfortably.
So I'm wondering, for guys over say 300 pounds--does pain significantly limit your getting aroung? Anyone might have sore feet after being on them for three hours, but does pain or discomfort cause you to avoid walks or stands of lengths that most people would consider normal?
If so, around what weight did these issues start with you?
