sorry for the double post that is a similar post exists in the bhm thread but i hope you can forgive me at this festive time of year 
i am up to 131kg tonight at 1.63m, and have decided to not weigh myself between 1st dec and 7th jan and hopefully me and the other half are up for surprise in 2008! i usually gain a few pounds over christmas but hope i can get close to 140kg this year.
anyone up for discussing gains over christmas/new year? :eat1:
