Nik has told me now that twice when I've slept on my back (once last night, once about 3 weeks ago) I've made really weird noises when I sleep. It doesn't happen any other time and I don't stop breathing or anything, just sounds like I'm straining hard to breathe. I don't do it every time I sleep on my back, just now and again. Could it be that sleep apnea thing?
