Toward the end of August, my father in law passed away from lung cancer (I may have mentioned his diagnosis on this board before that, I don't recall.) Anyway, my family and I had to leave town the next day for the arrangements, funeral, and then we have spent the last few weeks working on the estate issues, which are many and complicated.
My husband is still there (a few states away), but I had to come back this week to get the kids ready for their schooling, so please excuse me if I am not on (or not on much) for the next few weeks, maybe longer.
