Me, I'm going to go out and split up a package of chicken breasts I bought for chicken soup. Freeze one half and cook the other, adding onion, garlic, chicken stock, celery and some celery tops, baby carrots and spices for soup. When it's done, I have delicious aromatic brown rice from Trader Joe's I add to the bowl before serving.
Also bought a huge package of pork loin that was on sale, cut into filets and a roast. I like to put seasoning and/or marinade in the ziploc before freezing, so that when I'm ready to cook it I make some rice and veggies and I'm good to go. I'll be making that pork roast today, too, well-seasoned with garlic cloves shoved into the fat, and surrounded with green and red peppers and onions, as well as spices, for flavoring. That will be good with veggies or salad (sans baby spinach, of course), and then for sammiches and such after.
I'll also be getting some exercise, doing some web work, watching movies, and talking with my honey in a couple of hours.
Your turn.
