So what is everyone's favorite cocktail, wine or beer lately?

I like the classics personally, single malt scotch on the rocks with a spalsh of soda, Dirty vodka martini, or Whatever beer I just brewed. I'm not a big wine guy but I like to grab some 2 Buck Chuck Cabernet once in a while, although it's really 3 bucks here in OR.
