What did you WANT for your first car?

This will come as absolutely no shock to anyone here but I desperately wanted a 1977-78 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Special Edition. Black with gold trim. T/A 6.6 L engine, automatic, T-Tops, and CB radio. I later found out that my grandparents were looking to buy one for me (this would be in 1990) but my mom vetoed the idea.

A '65-67 GTO or the '71-72 Charger or Sattelite/ Road Runner would have soothed my broken heart nicely.
