For me it's a toss up between Ina Garten or Anthony Bourdain. Yea I know they're very different but their both unpretentous and make/know good food.
I think I'd have a good time with both of them. If I was traveling it would definitely be Bourdain as he'll try anything. Did you see the stuff he ate in Iceland? Ewwww not me. I enjoy his cynical sense of humor too...
