(Posting this here because I didn't really know where to put it)
I got to thinking about the value that some place upon virginity, or that others place upon 'experience', and cannot fathom why either would be a determining factor when assessing a potential Significant Other.
I'm not asking for preferences regarding virginal or experienced partners. Please feel free to start another thread for that, if you must discuss it.
I am of the opinion that neither a wealth nor a lack of knowledge (either in sexual or basic relationship experience) need be an issue. Some childhood sweethearts go on to have long and happy relationships, without having had experience with another person. Conversely, some formerly 'adventurous' people settle into satisfying long-term relationships quite readily, once they have found the right partner.
Strangley, some people make a big deal about these things.
Thank you.

*And PLEASE, let's be very civil about this, as it is possible the board may be populated with members of either stripe (none of my business)*
Thank you.
