Do or have any of you had someone contact you and try and rush a relationship and not understand why you wish to take your time in finding a compatable mate?
I have had many contacts by men here on the internet through the years and many seem to be really nice guys, but they almost always quit emailing, chatting or corrisponding with you when you won't rush the relationship. They get mad when you don't feel comfortable in giving your home address or phone number out right away and take some kind of affront by it.
Why do people feel that they have too rush into things right away, are they so desperate for companionship that they will grab whatever is available or offered to them? Or do they think that if you are overweight that we have that desperation?
Just because we are BBWs or BHMs, do they think that we don't have the same options as they do in finding the relationship that we need to make us happy?
I think that that is why so many relationships are doomed from the start, many people just rush into things and then find out down the line that it really wasn't the right person for their needs. Good sex shouldn't be the only factor in a relationship. Is this why there are so many divorces and/or break ups nowadays?
What happened to good old courtship and taking the time to actually get to know eachother before any serious steps are taken.... True commitment is just not thought of anymore.....
