I love sci-fi. Some of my favorite shows are/were:

Farscape
Stargate SG-1
Stargate: Atlantis
Harsh Realm
The Lexx
First Wave
Star Trek: The Next Generation
American Gothic (arguably more horror than sci-fi, but I'm including it anyway)
Dark Skies
Battlestar Galactica (the new version on the Sci-Fi Channel).
