So, long story short, I work customer service when our phone lines get super backed up. This week has been uber crazy with the begining of the month and all, so i'm on the phone. OK.
And this guy calls me and starts getting really, really angry at me because he paid to be a member of our club and buy our products, but we don't carry any sizes above a 3x. He just kept going on, and on and I could TELL he was genuinely upset, and frustrated.
If I ever believed in divine power...
So, i guess my thing is... This has been eating away at me. I love the company I work for, so much. I can honestly say I love my job.
HOWEVER.
What do I do when I go to my supervisor for an answer to something that I believe *is* something we could be addressing, since a lot of our patrons ARE large people, and get jokes about telling the guy to find a tent maker...
This has honestly been eating away at me since yesterday afternoon. I really do feel bad that I come home and go to fatty chat and, ya know, do my thing.... but then when an actual issue like this comes up, I don't know how to respond, and I freeze up and just apologize and recommend OTHER places.
