I swear I am not shrinking or loosing weight, but the past few weeks, I've noticed that the size clothing I use to buy and wear (26/28) has now shrunk to 22/24. I still eat the same and I'm pretty sure I weigh the same.

My thinking is this:

I wasn't accepting of my shape and size, so I just bought clothes not trying to go for fit and style. Well, all that's changed. I'm now paying more attention to what I buy and am trying to get a good fit. The other day, I visited my local thrift store (I just LOVE thrift stores!). There was a beautiful long chocolate skirt there in size 26. I tried it on and it was large in the waist. I bought it anyway because it was cute and I could take it in. I thought maybe it was the manufacturer whose sizing ran larger than most. But, today, I tried on a size 24 skirt and it fit great! :D The same with blouses.

Has anyone else gone through an unexpected size change due to their new found body acceptance?
