I'm a fat geek!
Xmas cookies are on my brain right now. I'm going to be baking and making candies all week. At least 2 batches of cookies a day. What are you making this season?
Here's my list of cookies and candies (I'm doing double batches this year to share with my neighbors):
Raspberry cream cheese cookies
TONS of sugar cookies
holiday M&M cookies
pumpkin spice cookies with craisins
chocolate covered walnuts (my husband is addicted to these at the holidays)
old fashioned caramel with walnuts
toffee
I have a nasty cold so all the hard work is going to happen in my living room while sitting at a fold out table so i don't expend too much energy. I'll probably get pictures since my 3 year old will be helping when he's home. (cant share pics of him helping but I'll try to post pics of finished cookies) I love baking. Its one of my favorite parts of xmastime and sharing it with friends and neighbors is even better.
