What's "your" dish?

:eat1: So I was thinking....a lot of people have one "go to" dish that is kind of their "specialty". The one that they feel they put a special touch on, are famous among friends and family for, that they enjoy making the most.

I'd say that mine is my eggplant parmesean! I love most good versions of this dish, but there's someting special about my own.:eat2:
