What's Your Fave Unwanted Hair Remover?

Hi all,
Of course we all know that no women have any hair except on the top of their head, right? LOL

I often find myself frustrated with the endless process of removing unwanted hair. After I shave my hair tends to grow back quickly so it seems like I've got stubble in no time.
I mostly just use shaving on body & tweezing on unwanted face hairs.
I just wanted to know if anybody has any suggestions of the hair removal products that work best for them.
Also, has anybody tried those permenant hair removal devices & had success?
