I didnt see if there was a thread like this so i thought it would be fun to post :) Halloween is my very favorite holiday. I already have my front porch decorated and our big picture window filled with lights and some cut out construction paper decorations i made with my son. We also have a skeleton hanging up right next to our front door so people see it when you open the door. We just love Halloween :)

So what are you costume plans? We (hubby, son and me) are all dressing up as pirates this year. We got matching pirate costumes for hubby and son. I am going to be making my costume this weekend. I am going to be a pirate wench with the striped skirt, boots and fishnets and some sort of fluffy pirate shirt and a vest out of a "snake skin" pvc. We're headed to the Halloween store tomorrow to find our pirate accessories. I'm very excited about it all. This is our first year doing a theme since becoming parents. We used to be Drew Carey and Meme most years for Halloween while the show was on. It took me FOREVER to get in costume. All hubby had to do was put a tie on and his glasses. (Some people thought he was the real deal a couple of times)
